Captain Ivy quest?!
Hey guys, I read that to do the Ivy quest you first had to do a quest named "Shahads letter" and then you should go to General Ratchel. But the problem is, I cant find any of theese quests? Ive tried to log in on both euro and china chars but i cant do the Shahad letter, he doesnt offer me any quest.
And yeah, i am teh right level

Some time ago, unique quests like Cerberus, Captain Ivy and Goria needed a lot of quests to be done first(especially Cerb), but IIRC since the Alexandria update, they had removed those requirements, so u can do the last one right away. But if i'm wrong, maybe u have to start from delivering Treno's mail, cos that's how the site says.
