if you want this build exclusively for pve then it is awesome
(garment is a must to save money and kill quicker)

as a jobber it would be ok
(but it would need prot for all opponents)

as a pvper it would show weaknesses
(only nukes)(armor or garment here)

Prot till 9d, from 9d to 11d go garment if you want to use the max snow shield you can have and still have some mp left.

had this at 80 cap, was great to grind with that (taklamakan, niya snipers etc)
but if you want to pvp, dont make this build
1. use garment
2. get bicheon instead of light or fire

solid build yes, good at pvp and pve
if you can spare some $ for speed pots and want immunity and defence you can go fire isntead of light

the only disadvantage is missing fire shield
but its a great build
