Premium user on waiting line?

Title say all, i have premium lvl1 and i have received that server is full messages for about half an hour and when i have finally entered the game i get disconected every 5-10 mins.
You can imagine that i do not use any illegal program since i post this on SRF.
And this happened last week inspection too...The only way i know it works is to reinstall OS and game during or after the server inspection.
PS: with this waiting line messages joymax should buy premium because i will not do the same mistake again

if prem doesn't work just chargeback and quit.
there was a problem with prem last year, they rolledback a day for a glitch, the resulting in a loss of 1 premium day for anyone who'd bought it.

Your even connecting to the server where you activated it? You cant get in with first try on other servers tho.

it's activated since i have only one day and a few hours left from it , this happened right after every inspection, until now i have instaled OS and game while watching favorite tv show
As for customer support...i have send them a messages one week ago and still no asnwer
Since i still have some silk in acc i hope that it was a bug and from now on everyting will go smooth, if not...no silk!

after inspection (weekly inspection of all server) i get disconnected every 5-10 mins, i have tried to unistall and then install the game, i have even disable antivirus, firewall, and all that could lead to this eroor, but nothing work...
I get that disconnect message, click confirm and then...that "start" windows open

sounds like your internet is total shit (be it the modem, the line in or out frequency, you router, whatever) it could be isro itself, but theres no way of knowing. it could also be 3rd party programs.

Surely there are no third party program (old schoold farming...since i'm on vacation on mountains and it's fcking raining... a lot )

As for internet...well averange ping is 166-200 ms to most sites( human reaction time should be 0.1-0.2 sec...) and download 40.16 Mbps (5.02 MB/sec),
I use a HSDPA stick ( much better than 3G-max dowload speed is 5 MB)

I will try to download the game client again and see if there is anything i can do, even if i have to pay to my provider 15 USD for every 1GB of traffic

However i have logged in two hour ago and no DC, just one game crash

kinda obvious maybe, but did you once altered host file? check if you dont have all servers leading to the same ip
