Depends on the trailer, usually 2in. Mine's 2in.

Interesting. I'll have to check out trailers at work because they seem small.

They look small.

Our Bayliner trailer is 2 inch as well as the jet ski trailer. Inch and 7/8 is rated to a ton, two inch ball is rated to 2.5 tons.
