This probably has been answered a thousand times. But ive looked everywhere and seem to had got nowhere. I'm a int spear nuker. So i need to decide. And please answer why.

go for light if ur more into pve and go fire if ur more into pvp

Fire. Assuming you can afford the speed drugs. And even if you can't, fire.

Light/Ice combi with fire maxed as s/s. Yes you need dmg but maxed light is not needed.
