# Divine Storm - An instant weapon attack that causes 20% of weapon damage to up to all enemies within 8 yards. The Divine Storm heals up to 3 party or raid members totaling 25% of the damage caused. Consumes all applications of Holy Power to increase damage dealt:
1 Holy Power: 22% Weapon Damage
2 Holy Power: 50% Weapon Damage
3 Holy Power: 90% Weapon Damage / 20% of base mana, Instant cast

The only 2 examples I can give right now. Unable to log on to the beta as of the moment, but my guess is that it's going to be more like the DK's RP, or a warrior/druid's rage.

I did a lot of theory crafting last night with another ret about the updated Talents that mmo-champ put out.

We decided Holy power is like a Rogue's combo system of sorts. Basically it gives us more versatility in our rotation. We also noticed that with the 41 pts for talents, a ret can either spec into increased damage talents in other trees, or more raid utility like Repentence, Interrupt, Pursuit of Justice. Not enough points to get both.

Also, when you pop the 31 pt talent as ret, your rotation is something like...Judgment, CS, TV, CS, TV, CS, TV, CS, TV, CS, TV rinse repeat for 30 seconds. Since, if I'm reading it right, ret tree has a talent that reduces CS cool down to 0 seconds, we can spam it to get those 3 stacks of Holy Power up.

Just read the article at WoW.com. It is a combination of DK's runic power and rogue's combo points. It's like the DK's because the amount of holy power you earn stays with you and not to the mob you're hitting. It's similar to rogues because instead of a regular resource bar, they're points (max 3).

I still feel bad for new players that won't get to see how the zones originaly where. I'm hoping for some kind of "Mystical Eye" device in every village. You just click it and you get to see how the zone used to look in a short cinematic

I just read on Wowhead that Sacred Shield has been removed for paladins and will be made into the Holy mastery bonus.

Can anybody with the beta confirm this? I haven't seen anything about SS being removed. In fact, it was meant to be buffed to a 30 minute duration.

WoW.com talks about the removal. No SS and no FoL HoT. The only preventative healing we have is going to be the shield from mastery.

Looking forward to cataclysm very much, I will probably level my character to lvl 85 first because the goblin area will be so busy it wont even be funny, maybe ill start one a week later

go for Ironbound and Rusted. In ICC gear it's considerably easier. We had more trouble with Vezax hardmode than we did with Yogg One Light.

Firefighter is easy if you don't have morons. The other two drakes..well...I have decent luck with mounts and I was on top of my World Events.

Eggs refuse to give me the green one and I need 3 more achiebements for the 10man Ulduar one (FF, Vezax and Yogg+1), but the guildies I planned it with to complete it are on a holiday.
