Ror would you do me a favor? You clearly haven't been there when God was giving brain away, but would you just shut up and stop posting if you have no freakin' idea what the game is about?
You are telling me how to play twitch? Have you even tried the champion? Blood Thirster? No mana useage? You are saying I should leave the lane at level 11 or so, how would twitch last that much time without any kind of regen. You are just basically spamming in every single thread on every single reply without making any sense.

1. Buy a vamp scepter

You are telling me to buy something that gives me lifesteal aka hp regen. Failed? Most useless starter item. Go play some Dota that might help you.

2. dont buy hp/mp pots

I just do not have to comment this.

3. farm ur nooby lvls [shouldnt even use any mana at this point, unless you want to gank, but there is soemthing called blue and red buff that rapes ur so called tier 1 runes)

Who was talking about tier 1 runes? Whos buying tier 1 runes?

4. leave ur lane at lvl 11-ish and gank top or bot

First time you leave your lane and look for anyone who you can kill is level 6.

5. get enough for ur blood thirster...go back to ur mdi lane and farm it there...

6. Enjoy hitting 400-ish with insane speed/range

and...if ur still nooby enough not to have tried 80% of all the champs...please...dont say stupid shit like "you rnt suppose to buy specific runes for trying out chars"...THERE IS a standard rune page that goes well with ALL champs...CD reduction and dodge, u cant go wrong with those...and + hp as for reds...u can get the specific armor pen or magic pen....i do armor pen because MR doesnt scale with lvl and every champ auto attacks

Edit: if your middle lane...ytf do u need magic regen and hp regen...you shouldnt use ur mana at all..only if ur ganking the other mid..and if u cant do that stop palying twitch.

Please post this to an official LoL forum. First of all try to count. hp/5 and mp/5 are just 2 specific runes. Still there one is for another primary. The bigest hp boost and the most useful is the quintessence one not simple red ones.

I know it's hard to admit that you are basically having - ehm let me see - zero knowledge in this. Just go stack up your armor penetration runes play one or two champions for 5 years and have fun. Someone who can't stay on a lane, who can't hold a lane without getting killed or forcing to go back to the base has no right to tell me what to do, because at this rate what you have written here you have no clue about how to support your team, how not to lose a lane and have to play defensively. I hope you are still auto-attacking everything, because in that case your life steal might look really effective. Enjoy your lowbie games. /end

From what you have posted I make you out to be quite the bad player so I would suggest holding back on calling others bad and making "guides". Lifesteal on just about every toon early game is beyond awful as you dont have enough dmg to benefit from it ( and no1 should be allowing you to auto attack your health back up in the first place ). A good twitch would do something more along the lines of grabbing red and ganking ( mid and as second option lanes ) only if possible and if this isnt possible it would be best to keep farming mid to get your critical items ( crit and dmg items, I would know this couse I used to be a fairly good twitch/all around player ).

I bought the vlad bundle, he's an alrite champion. Takes a while to get use to him, I managed to get about 3.8k hp with just warmogs/rylai's alone. The positive thing I like about him is that with so much hp, you don't nessecarily get targeted first. He's sort of like nasus, kill or be killed. his 3rd skill has a pretty fast cooldown and deals heavy AoE damage. The delay on his ulti take a while for the dmg to go off.

Yes they are. Magic Pen for Page 1, Armor pen for page 2. You're covered for champions that deal primarly magical/physical damage. If you need HP regen grab a Doran's shield & a health potion, if you need mana regen grab a doran's ring and a health potion. As for mana regen in general that can be used in seals for your caster page. Whereas with non-casters you get dodge because it's a rare stat and a boon in early game fights where auto-attack is the deciding factor.

Flat HP Quints are the best generic quints a man can buy and for glyphs there are a variety of options that fit every champion: MR/LVL, Flat CDR, CDR/LVL, and AP/LVL. Once you have two generic sets:

Caster:
Quints: Flat Health
Marks: Magic Pen
Seals: MP5/LVL
Glyphs: AP/LVL, Flat CDR, or CDR/LVL depending on preference.

Non-Caster:
Quints: Flat Health
Marks: Armor Pen
Seals: Dodge or HP/LVL
Glyphs: Flat CDR, CDR/LVL, or MR/LVL

Once you have two generic rune pages you can customize if you're anticipating thirty games in a row as say... Ashe:

Quints: Armor Pen
Marks: Armor Pen
Seals: MP5/LVL
Glyphs: Flat CDR

1. Buy a vamp scepter

Never start with lifesteal, you will overpush your lane because you need to auto-attack to regen forcing you to overextend putting you in reach for a gank. You're better off starting with Doran's shield, especially with Twitch.

You never get lifesteal early game because it's a stat that benefits from attack speed & damage. You have very little attack speed & damage for it to be profitable. If you're up against a powerful mid like Katarina or Annie you'll never be able to recover with a vampiric scepter. They'd sooner kill you than let you auto-attack back to full HP. Same with Janna or Ashe. Trust me on this one.

if twitch goes 1 on 1 with another melee, he might get out dpsed

Twitch has one of the highest single target DPS in the game because of his PnS & ambush. He will destroy Ashe 1v1 equally farmed. Thankfully this game isn't about 1v1.

A vamp scepter will get you ganked after you overpush your lane to recover 50 HP. Last hit more, stop auto-attacking. Vamp Scepter is a noob trap.

every effective DPS build needs a life steal item, a blood thirster is perfect

Vampiric scepter is really all you need. By the time you get to the point in the game where you need a lifesteal item the game will be almost over and a vamp scepter at 30 minutes should have you covered if you have your IE & Last Whisper/Bloodrazor.

Atm I'm learning to play the champions I don't know how to play: Pirate, Evelynn, and Veigar. Just finished mastering Jax & Kayle. One more thing I need to test on pirate before I can claim mastery: if a pirate is stranded in the jungle will he survive? I've already played as and against Vlad plenty of times on the TR. He's a support caster off-tank. If you like Morgana's style you'll love vlad. If you don't. Well, lol. He's not the champion for you.
