Need help falling asleep

I normaly take my dog for a long walk, then when I get back I take it inside and give it bowl of water on my room, I go to bed and my dog goes to sleep in her basket after it drank the water, then when i see it sleeping there I fall asleep, it works!

So I fucked up. I found some old Tylenol with codeine i had and took a few tablespoons to help me get a little drowsy. I didn't remember I have a weird allergic reaction to analgesics until I had an uncontrollable itch all over my body. I went to bed at 11 p.m. and watched as the clock went all the way to 4:30 a.m. so I imagine I went to sleep, but then the alarm went off at 5:50 a.m. so, not too much sleep for this guy.

my daughter takes them, they work great. for me they just take everything down 3 notches and makes me super calm. melatonin is very effective. it is in most sleep aids, and it doesnt make you hallucinate, though it may increase dream frequency and vividness.

i havent experienced any. just start off with a low dose like 3 mg, and see how it works, if it doesnt, take another. give it about 30 minutes (i dont know what that is in the meteric system) for it to take effect.
