AFAIK they dont represent the experience but the EXP Skills you got that makes huge damage when a certain bar is full, if you have played Aion you get something called DP everytime you kill a monster, when that DP bar is full, you can do higher damage skills.

I'll most likely be an Assassin since I love stealth classes. (Rogue on SRO, WoW, RoM, etc)

Thats because you're logged in as alliance, delete your account at www.theauroraguild.eu and create a new one on our, the thread is in the guild lounge which isnt visible for people that are logged out or in the alliance.

I've been watching a few beta videos and the game looks pretty fun. Vampires look extremely weak in the one I saw.

Also is their any NA guilds I can join when the game comes out?

I believe most end game content will PvP unless there is more PvE content that isnt world bosses lol.
