Nothing was as good at soloing whole teams. Reminds me of Open Beta Tryndamere. Oh, I'm sorry were there 5 people defending? I didn't notice over my Undying Rage.

As for my Accounts:

Malak al Maut - Level 30, I play on this one the most.
BrookIyn Rage - Level 21, this is my secondary account I solo on when I feel like stomping people.
ImStylingOnU - Level 8 Account I use to teach new players how to play
Barotix - Level 22, Inactive original Beta Account.

That Jax's build wasn't even the most efficient. The deadliest Jax build back then went something like:

Every time I read prenerf Jax I think tower dodging, no dodge DR in runes and boots Jax, run through 3 towers and your fountain to kill you jax.

Still trying to figure out how Jax could've possibly hit Annie for 3/4 of her health...

This is when Jax got 5 HP for every 1 additional attack damage and 3 AP for every 1 ability power.

Jax's base HP is 1.9k@ 18.
That Jax had ~375 AP and ~250 AD

So he was sitting on about 3150 HP. Also, all of his abilities had 1:1 ratios. Relentless assault does a base 210 every 3 hits. So, with relentless he hit +600 every 3 attacks. He was sitting on ~20% crit chance and Max attack speed.

tl;dr, he was hitting like a truck.

My Thoughts on Season 1:
