ZSZC Problems.

Hey all. I just downloaded the ZSZC program and am having a problem launching?

I downloaded part 1 and 2, and extracted them both in the same folder on my desktop. I then copy/pasted the newest patch file in that folder and installed it from there. When I click the ZSZC launcher, the loader comes up, and I select a server.. But when I do, an empty windows box comes up with a red X and I have to close the program.

Am I doing anything wrong? Is there a fix for this? Hopefully I just did something wrong and I can play.. Can't wait till registration opens!

you didn't install the patches, you have to extract to your zszc folder then run the patch.

I did. I extracted both file 1 and 2 in the same folder on my desktop. I then extracted the patch RAR into the same folder. Double clicked the patch file, pressed install, then pressed okay.

I go to launch the game, I click on a server, and that happens. Just redid everything and it still happened.

Any other ideas?

I remember having this when I extracted the patches, but forgot to install them. You sure you didn't forget to install the new patches? And are you sure they were the really latest? If you did all that, I wouldn't know what the problem is.

well the fact is you didn't install them because on your launcher it says you are on version 1.675 when the newest patch is 1.677

after you start the patch, the button on it isnt a cancel button, it is an install button. i have sat there waiting for it to install for like 5 minutes and didn’t understand why it didn’t start after I opened the file. Only to realize that I have to open the file and actually initiate the install. Don’t tell anyone though.

Duh! I had patch 1.675 for some reason. I swore I hda 1.677. I got the 1.677 patch and all works now.

Is it normal to not be able to connect to the registration page? When I try to go to this link: http://219.235.2.152:6334/register.php

It comes up "Problem Loading Page" Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at 219.235.2.152:6334

I get a similar error in Internet Explorer.

its because reg isn't open right now, from time to time they will open it for an hour or so, unfortunately you will just have to wait until they open reg.
