i'm really liking the tar-21, but i still think the scar-h is my favorite AR.
also, is it only me or do flashbangs only semi-work now?
the white screen/vision effect is gone, it just messes with hearing and skews the view of your aim a bit
this has been happening for a few days actually, i switched all my classes to stuns as a result.

Pretty sure the latest patch broke both stuns and flash. Neither of them blind people anymore, and as such, stun is the only useful one now, because it still makes people move like they're swimming in molasses.

yeah i think it's fixed now, i got hit by a flash and it did what it was supposed to.

All Guns are easy to preserve ammo. There's this nifty thing called latency, so it takes time for your kill to register on the host and so often you will find yourself shooting tons of bullets after they are already dead, but the kill hasn't popped up on your screen yet. Try shooting someone with the scar with 3 single fire bullets with stopping power and you'll see what I mean. If you have 3 bars, takes longer than 4, 2 longer than 3 etc. It saves a lot of ammo. Only reasons to keep firing is if they are going out of view and need to spit em out faster or they are shooting back at you of course. On clear visible targets tap the button, don't hold it. Even small bursts help.

i know what you mean, but 2-3 people a clip isn't bad and idk, scar just feels consistently powerful to me. when i stop prestiging i'll most likely make the effort to unlock extended mags for it and use that.

Easy way to complete FMJ challenge.

Map: Sub Base
Room: The one below one of the offices, with the generator and chain link fencing around it. Kill people through that chain link fencing, and it's a penetration kill. Went from 2 to 10 FMJ kills on my FAMAS in one game using that. Is it camping? Yes, do I care? No.

How often is host migration on Xbl. And how often does it fail? I am so tired of people rage quitting, but the migration failing... or randomly kicking the host from my party and failing for no reason. So often I get all my killstreaks and get server closes...

mm works fine probably 8-9 times out of 10 for me usually. that's playing in 12 people (demolition) rooms
ground war is a bit worse

I wouldn't be as annoyed if the Migration didn't fail 9/10 times on the ps3.. (might be exaggerating a little)
I hear xbl doesn't have as much laggy hosts as the ps3 either.

I've seen these, add more if you seen em.

"Host Rejected"
"Out of Memory"
"Buffer Overflow" (might be worded diff)
"Invalid Animation"
"Projectile Elevation error" (happens in the middle of the game not related to migration)

Seen all those. For the first couple months, never saw any of them. Last month or so, I've seen them all many times. Makes me wanna punch my TV.

They often appear a lot, and then none at all for a couple weeks, then constantly. No new patches around the time they occur either. It's strange.

It seems to work most of the time, but soetimes it just takes longer than normal, and then you get half the people quitting (I'm one of them lols) But yeah, that does get quite annoying.
