German midfield failing super hard in the rain. On the other hand, at least the game is more exciting with faster ball.

I know, but I actually thought you were Spanish, as in from Spain.
Game became quite boring after Suarez missed the goal (damn him, lol), tho.

Diego Forlan the best soccer player this tournament hands down...I hope he gets the golden boot and golden ball trophy for his efforts....Gratz to Germany for the third place.

I think FIFA will pick a final's player over someone else for awards. Just like they automatically award MOTM to whoever scores the most.

That's lies. Man of the Match can also be someone who has had a great performance, even without scoring.
But yes, probably they will award a player from the final..most likely Sneijder, Villa, Xavi or Casillas. Gotta see tomorrow's match before. :p

It's pretty much gonna be sneijder or villa depending on who plays better in the finals, though Xavi deserves it more than villa on the Spanish side. Mueller has young award locked up.

Forlan is by far the best player this world cup. He probably won't win the golden boot but he should definitely win the golden ball. Uruguay hasn't done anything since 1970, and took every team they went up against right to the end. He won the Europa League with Atletico too. He's done so much with so little and should probably be nominated for Player of the Year. Of course Sneijder has done a lot too, but he has much more talent around him.

That's true
Your trophy case is rather empty compared to Uruguays.
