Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands

Post by woutR »

This game is epic
You guys should try it if you're into Prince of Persia or like Assassin's Creed. I think this is the best Prince of Persia they made so far. It's even better than POP: The sands of time. It's like The Sands of Time, only better. They made a lot of moves a lot more fluent, combat is fun, jumping around is fun. Great game :D

Spoiler!

Also, the game runs silky smooth on my PC while looking awesome as well. That surprised me since my PC sucks balls.

edit: disregard what I said. This game fails. I died at some point and then I got to an auto save point. Would be nice except if the auto save point wasn't before a timed door which can only be opened from a spot I'm now unable to reach. :yay:

I have to reinstall if I want to play this again. And yeah you guys are right with no AI and shit. I was really excited when i wrote that, then I played more, the game owned me, I thought more about the game and came to the conclusion it's not all that good.
It's still fun though (if you don't get trapped on a Farking balcony without a way to load a previous point)

I got the Wii version of this game

100% different to the PC/360/PS3 versions. In the Wii one you can create platforms
and hooks where ever you want to and it gives you freedom you have never had...so
damn amazing when you are crossing a cliff creating hooks as you go :dope:

Story line is a rubbish although and the graphics are poor for a Wii game, looks a lot
worse in my opinion to the last Prince of Persia game (Two Thrones) .
