Please execute the "silkroad.exe" - Windows 7,

Hey guys. I was playing just fine a few days ago. I don't know what happened, but all of a sudden whenever I try to play silkroad I get this error. I've looked all over the net, uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times, shut off my firewalls and virus protection, everything I could think of. Has anyone ever actually found the root of this problem?
