I have a lvl 58 hybrid spear with 74% magic blance.

Do you think i can make 90% magic balance without any blue on my armor ??

Do you think i can make 90% magic blance before of when i hit lvl 90. When lvl cap is removed??

you will never hit a clean 90% mag balance, even with the planned levelcaps. the best thing you can wish for is when you're going pure int from now on to get a clean 80% mag balance at the next levelcap which is 80 due sooner or later.

i suggest you put ALL your points into int from now on and get + Int on your gear.. if you get enough i believe you can make it to 85+ int balence

Keep putting points into int, and see where you are at 70...
