At the bottom of the screen, it generally has "...Requesting user confirmation..." written, and it continuously appears and disappears as the client tries to log into the server.
Occasionally, I've noticed that it goes away entirely and never returns.
Does this mean that I have to close the game and restart it for it to continue trying to log in?

If it dessepear , close the game and open it again ,u lost the connection with server .

It's not necessary to close the game. You can just press Enter key on your keyboard and it will start "Requesting user confirmation" again. It's much faster that way.
