Why don't you stop being so fucking stupid. A bike is very mobile, he was going fast I was going fast, I had no real room to dodge to (because you know.. THE PAVEMENT WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND I WAS NEXT TO A Farking ROAD) so _HE_ RAN INTO _ME_.

so you assumed because this guy - (who was in the bike lane as he should be, was riding torwards YOU, -someone who was running in the "bike" lane, that he was going to attack you and steal your ipod... LOOOOL,

He was not riding towards me, he was riding AT ME. As in going straight for me. He was gaining extra speed because he started standing on his pedals. Let it be clear: he did not make any attempt to say "hey what are you doing on my lane?" He could also clearly see I was forced onto the bikelane and he could see me long enough from before. So yes, when someone starts charging at you on his bike, directly aiming at you, you actually do think: "this guy is trying to attack me"

if anything he probably thought that you had intentionally gotten in the bike lane to attack HIM and steal his bike, so he speeds up in efforts to maybe scare you off the path a little bit..

so no this is not possible. He saw me well in time. I did not make any movement towards his path. He came from his lane and crossed into mine. He did not raise his hand trying to signal anything to me. He just shouted something at me and went for me

I did never once ask if I was the Farking victim here. I asked if I was wrong in hitting him. I didn't say: "am I a victim here?" or whatever. Considering the guy ended up trying to steal someone's cellphone and got arrested for that, I don't think I misjudged his intentions at all
