It's a spider eating a chicken,
Luckily that's up north, it must be something about the humidity

the last time I was in Iraq I slept at my cousin's house. I was sleeping on the floor. When I woke up the next morning I saw a scorpion only 10 centimeters before my face.

I guess I was 15 or something like that. We were camping whole family near the seaside where is no civilization around. We had caravans and tents. As there was no electricity we were using a portable power generator, which converts fuel into electrical power. But it was making so much noise so we covered it with a big cartoon box for a little isolation. One night I went to turn it off as everybody was going to sleep, upraised the box to reach the generator. Suddenly I saw a big black snake on the generator. Luckily it was scared more than me and gone away pretty fast. :D When I told this to my father, he laughed his azz off and told me they are harmless and there are no poisonous snakes around in that area. Most probably it came there because it was warmer inside the box near generator.

I just got a lot more understanding for people with arachnophobia. Man that thing scared me while I'm just sitting at my desk. I'd shit myself if I saw a spider that big.

I have arachnophobia, that pic makes me feel even more scared about spiders.

Worst encounter, having a male black widow spider crawl up my arm. I freaked out when I saw the thing just above my elbow and ran around scared for a good three minutes before stopping to make sure it wasn't on my elbow anymore.

When I was 6, dog bit me in the face (not that hard actaully, it was my own fault. Apparently dogs don't like when you blow air in their faces).

Last summer, I was berry picking lingonberries in the forest, my dog was there with me. Suddenly she started to bark at the old tree trunk, i went to look and noticed a snake's skin. I gave it to my dog, she liked it and went to play with it little bit away from me. Suddenly i felt something stingin on the leg, I looked down and realised I got bitten by a baby viper, doesn't sound bad but it releases all of it's poison unlike adult viper. I didn't have phone with me, i had left my bike on 500m away, I ran there with my dog and returned to my grandmothers place (I was picking berries for her) and when i got on the yard, got fainted on the grass.

Woke up at home 1 hour later.

But snakes are still cute.

One time I was trying to ride on a donkey and he got on two legs and tried to kick me. Luckily my cousin pushed me out of the way before it could kick me straight in the chest. At the time though, I did not really grasp what had just happened, and only when I reflected on it later did I realize how dangerous a situation that was.

As a child I was allergic to bees, one stung my cheek one day when I was playing outside. My eye was swollen shut and had to go to the hospital after getting stabbed in the leg with an epipen.

This is going to sound like a tame story, but I don't know if I've ever been more scared before in my life. To put things into context, I have a massive fear of birds. And when I say massive, I really can't amplify it enough. I hate them, they scare the living hell out of me. They scream and fly and swoop and peck and scratch and ahh! I purposefully walk the long way around objects just so I can avoid any near by birds. Birds. Are. Evil.

Anyway, I was at Bondi beach with a friend one day. I had only recently met her at the time and she didn't know of my fear. So whilst we were eating hot chips and talking a giant flock of seagulls came near us. I started freaking out, I curled up into the fetal position, started breathing heavily and started furiously shaking. I have this thing were I shake uncontrollably when I'm scared, it shocked the living hell out of her. She was stressing out and ha no idea what was going on, so in her confusion she threw the chips that were in her hand right next to me leg so she could comfort me. Then all of the birds started flying and screaming and running right at me! They were so close, one of them touched my leg! Gah! It was so horrible!

...I fucking hate birds.
