I used to hook up pre-paid Visa cards to paypal. Paypal would ask you to confirm the card and you would look at the pre-paids recent transactions(in the website. Was a 1.95 transaction) for a 4 digit number to tell paypal. Then it worked. Paypal would pay back the 1.95 once confirmed, but I don't remember how long it took to refund the 1.95.

Paypal account was new so nothing was attached. Now I don't know if paypal changed their policy since, but I doubt it. Also a note on Visa pre-paid cards.. random cards will not work with online purchases. Don't know why.. Happened to me once I just used it for gas. Support was retarded to even bother with. That was 1 out of like 5 cards though.
