I can't play SilkRoad? O.o

When i try to play Silkroad, this appears :

and then the start-button and the news doesn't appear...

Im pretty new in Silkroad,lvl 14 and this is the first time i see that.
It have been a weeck since it come.

I don't live in Vietnam.

I readed "The big technical thread [Q&A]" for the answers but i really don't understand it o_o. Im not good in computers...Anyone could make a screenie tutorial where i should click and what to type?

Your gonna have to play with a proxy, if you already checked your host files and made the changes list on the official site.

1. Go to path C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\ and open filename 'hosts' with notepad.

2. Erase the previous localhost and gwgt1.joymax.com entries and enter the following information in the opened file, 'hosts':

127.0.0.1 localhost
121.128.133.26 gwgt1.joymax.com

3. Reboot computer, and try running Silkroad Online again.

Thats whats on the main site, make sure you have done it.

I have the same problem

But my solution is way more simple. I pull and put my internet cable till it works...I usually wait 2 minutes

and i can't move the uplink and the downlink to 64.0.
it only does 62.5 and 65.2 but not 64.0

Umm, your user and pass arent entered right, or you havent waited 15min for em to spread to the servers.

go to IE and open internet options....

click the connection tab
click the LAN settings button
Look for the proxy enable option and UNTICK it.
Close IE
Play away.

You put them in wrong or something. It means wrong user or pass.

What's your Internet Service Provider?

Adelphia, perhaps?
