They are technically not selling anything. For donating a certain amount you get to receive <insert product>. They're not making a profit off the game. They're making donations. It's the loophole in the system of private servers, because if you do sell another person's product without permission your ass is just waiting to get sued. Running their product/service is a different story.

Nope. Sorry. Private servers get shut down even if they don't charge anything. That isn't a loophole anyways. All to do with copyright laws... That little © means something.

Well now you've went around that loop too much. Based on what you've stated, if the country has no laws on copyrights... Why would it matter if they used the name Silkroad?

Lol. It seems you don't know the exact definition of ''donations''. It's like a gift; you donate money to someone/a fund, and you don't receive anything in return. Just like a gift. I mean, if I give you a birthday gift, I don't expect anything back in return.
ZSZC is using the word ''donations'' wrong. But if they just put something like ''Buy ZSP'' on their website, they'll probably get sued in a day or 2.

i think theyre changing the server now,cuz when i click the server list it says server not found,when the server gets in check it says check with 0/2000 slots but now it says server not found oO? aka server is gone?theyre changing hoster i guess

what program do you use to check the status/people in server?

exactly what i did,u take the serverlist made by rumata and you open config file and put the zszc ip

The old server will shut down. The new server is ready. All your chars and items are kept.
The transfer of the data from old server to new server takes about 1 day.
