so a gm pm's me saying im promoting illigal programs, i wondered how come i could do such a thing just being in a party, now i've got blocked until 18 may 2010, and i've just bought prem 4 days ago, i think its way to ridcilous when i didten't do anything.

How do i contact them? and also wanna know how to chargeback, because im thinking hard about it,

He paid a bot to level his char because he is too big a pansy to use the bot himself. So he bot vicariously through plevelers.

He didn't download the bot or install it but he uses it. If you can't play the game you shouldn't. The community is small because most of it is AFK.

The community is too small even with the AFK people trust me. On my server, since the 110 cap about 3 whole unions quit. Can you imagine how many people are that? And I am sure, if the GM banned him on that basis, the whole party should have been banned too, why would he pick him? Doesn't make sense.

Baloney. Powerlevel is allowed, and banning people who pay for powerlevel is bullshit.

Now you can say he associated with a bot. Fine, that's not cool either. But it is currently NOT against Joymax TOS to be in a party with a bot. Nowhere does it specify that. It states don't use or run third party programs. If this person did not use a 3rd party program, why the ban?

Now I will say that there may be more to this story than meets the eye. Maybe this person has a bot account and used it recently. But as presented, the banning makes no sense in the context he gave. Is that more understandable?

He didn't say no one else in the party got banned or that there was more people in it than just him. lol He said the bot got DCed right before the GM spoke to him (probably banned).

To those saying "you were contributing to a bot", look at Joymax's actions. They banned bots for whatever that event it was and look, here we are back again with bad server traffic and goldbots everywhere. Your choices to me are simple:

-Don't play the game at all, and you won't get banned lol
-play the game, associate with bots, and run the risk of getting banned - although by association, Joymax itself promotes bots
-play the game, don't associate with bots, play 100% legit, no powerlevel by bots, no parties with bots, and try to enjoy what little of the game you can actually play.

Joymax in my opinion is actually holding the user base responsible, but it's too little too late. They should have banned bots all along and NEVER stopped. And for the 50th time, it's not that tough to figure out who is a bot and who is not via programming and packet analysis.

It's kind of difficult to point the finger at someone who got in a bot party and say "bad, bad" when Joymax allows it to continue. And nobody ever gets in a 4-man with a bot?
