I had a friend who was overweight in middle school. Poor guy had to keep going to the doctor for respiratory and circulation issues. Played a mean game of basketball though. He'd just bounce us away from the hoop. XD

Smelling more
getting tired faster
disturbing others in seats
inability to jump
being made fun of
more dependency on other people
hard time getting through small places
weight problems in elavators, park rides, etc...
and last but most importantly, health problems.
I mean that's all I've observed from others but I'm sure there could be more.
