I was wondering, why can't the constitution be changed to allow anyone that spent XX number of years in the United States to become president.
Lets say you have 2 kids.
One was born in USA.
The other was born in England but moved to the USA when he was 2 months old.
They both grow up and they are both intellectual equals.

well the non usa born can be Naturalize, you just have to know a few civic stuffs. So so since the 2 months year old born went to school in the US it shouldn't be a problem to pass the test.
