So, Mr. "From Behind" is a neighbor of the Heene's (ballon boy people). He was being blocked by the media from traveling on the road. Understandably, he was pissed (they've prolly had a ton of media there for the last few months since it happened). He confronted some guy, was jumped and the video cuts. The AP has a tendency to cut videos like that to get you to go to the website for more info.
Kinda awkward to be honest. He should have just waited for the cops. That way he could have gotten the last word.
