You cannot just code something, then open a full scale server with 100's of turks spamming in it. Need to find potential bugs that could cause crashes, dcs etc. Tweaking any bugs or miscalculations etc etc.

We are not planning to do an ip block since it's kinda racist. But everybody who speaks any other language than English in a global or just on general chat will get kicked and or banned. Of course if it becomes a too big problem we could always take actions.

They never advertised anything.
The closest thing to "advertising" they did was post updates
of the progess...

English is not my first language and im 100% for this.
I dont see how it's a problem, in fact its a big plus for me.

We don't ban people for not speaking english, we ban them for spamming the server with messages in a language that 90% of the server does not speak, therefore lessen the fun for everyone else. And they also break a rule by not speaking english in game. If they want to speak turkish, they ought to play iSRO since they have turkish language settings.
Same thing with ksro, they only allow korean and english in game, although they aren't strict about it.

I don't see what the big deal is since only global and General chat is affected.
If you really wanted to you still could speak another language via private message,guild chat and union if need be.

so they will allowed to speak there own language, but it will just be frowned upon? your explanation makes no sense.

Don't try to explain yourself just come out and say you don't want non-english speaking players on your servers. Don't try to sugar coat your rules either by saying they can speak their language just as long as its not in global. And spam is spam whether its in a foreign language or not. You either have a problem with spam or you have a problem with non english speaking players.

to ban an entire region seems racist to them. they are giving people a chance. if people refuse to follow a simple rule, they get banned. thats it. if someone walked into your house speaking other languages to you, you would eventually remove them. not that hard.

Speaking foreign in global = ban is rude. Not everyone is fluent in english. If they don't know some word in english and can't express it, they had to say it in their own language. Moreover, kids 13-14 don't usually speak english.
I suggest you to set rules to please players instead of pleasing yourself.
