DaS BOOT Parallel's SRO

Post by BuDo »

LOL...I was watching an old WW2 navy film about German U-Boats called "DaS Boot". I started laughing when I noticed how similar it was to SRO with the German U-Boats trying to torpedo British naval convoys. The German U-Boat will stealth-fully try to sink the convoys while the Convoys are being protected by British Naval Destroyers who would chase down the U-Boats and try to dept charge them when they come too close to the convoys. Art imitating life lol.

German U-Boats = Thieves
British Destroyers = Hunters
British Convoys = Traders

Triangular Conflict

You should seriously consider quitting SRO when you think about it while watching a WWII movie o.o

I actually haven't played SRO in over a year. I just logged on to see whats going on once in a while because school was more important. So I can see how most of you will think I'm playing too much.

Without playing SRO everybody knows that already.....I just found it interesting that ships and submarines played a similar role in world war two.

Always better then being active in GD on a SRO forum, while you haven't played it for a very very long time?
