Pure Int Spear/skills at lv 32

Which skills does i need when lv32 for my Pure int spear char?

offence wise:

soul spear (to stun mobs), ghost spear (hit multi mob when ganged), Lion shout (gd start move/end move), lite nuke (its a nuke...u gotta get it)...if u really hve sp get a lil wolf spear..cuz its gd finish move that cost very low mp.

For a pure int (I assume nuker).

For your level:
max lion shout
max fire arrow
max fire imbue
max wolf's thunderbolt
max must piercing force
Max the lightning passive
max grasswalk
max basic fire protection
max weak guard of ice
max the cold passive

Optional:
30 into heuskal
max passive
Soul spear very optional (not my preference, If i want to do PvP i'll use a sword & Shield)

all of the above will run about 15k SP
