You don't get it. A 10D bleed doesn't give the effect as often on someone past a certain level. He wasn't asking if it lvl'd up, he was asking if it gave level 11 status effects at level 100. You're making fun of him for no reason.

This was the question. And I simply answered with a picture which meant yes and it seems you are the only one who cannot figure that out by yourself.

At 100 you get 10d debuffs, at 102 you get 11d ones

You are in the wrong thread mate. This was a very smart reply and actually shows that you barely read my post. I said 'bleed'. I meant if your skill gives those debuffs at level 1 it won't change them at level 8 or 10 or whatever, the skill gives the same debuffs at all levels. Now the question is that 'what exactly were you laughing at?'

you need to refresh your mind before posting sh*t.

He did answer the question perfectly.

If you have character lv100 and FF with skill Lightning chain lv14 at lv99, you will gain lv10 bleed, whereas if you upgrade it to lv15 which makes your character lv101 then you will gain bleed lv11.

The effect change that we all were talking about, was the increase of level from bleed etc. I don't think anyone is that stupid and actually thinks you will get different debuffs.
