DEBUFFS Questions!!!

ok, I am making a force bower for 11d.
I want it for the debuffs and healing...etc.
Anyway, I was checking the debuffs.
I wanna know INDETAIL what is everything there.
For eg: The parry Ratio means????
Division???
Decay???
Weaken???
I know these are kinda noob questions BUT i am new to this. So any help is appreciated !!

Hit ratio debuff - Lowers the hit rate from the opponent which basically means they hit more often towards there min damage, this debuff goes through holy spell.
Parry ratio debuff - Lowers the parry ratio from the opponent which means you will hit towards your max dmg on him more often, this debuff goes through holy spell too.
Decay - Lowers the phy defense of the opponent which increases your damage quite a bit (being an archer ofcourse), this debuff does not go through holy spell.
Weaken - Lowers the mag defense of the opponent which will increase your damage by a little bit since you're pure str, this debuff does not go through holy spell either.
Impotent - Greatly lowers the physical/magical attack power of the opponent, at higher lvl's they'll do about half their usual damage with this skill on, this one doesn't go through holy spell too.
Division - Greatly decreases the physical/magical defense of the opponent, in combination with decay you will basically 2/3 skill anyone unless they have special buffs (like the phy def buff for bicheon chars), this one doesn't go through holy spell either.
