What build will I make? Should I do a Wizzard or a chinease STR char? And which gear?

All you feel good with.
But I suggest you not to take lightning skills, they pretty much suck, unless you're planning pvp..

pure str wizard/bard is also good, you'll find a lot of party all the time.
