How to become a General/Baronet/Knight

What about Captain?
When u are euro lv95 u do a quest and get Knight, at lv100 u get Baronet the same way.
Chinese lv95 gets Captain and lv100 General.

When u are Euro then General Ratchel in Const and when Chinese then General Sonhyeon in Jangan.
