Hybrid Bower Snow Shield Question

my build is just to add enough int to keep a 90% phy balance naked but i was a bit curious...since i am adding int should i have a higher lvl snow shield than lvl 20? i intended on going for 110 pach, 110 fire, 90 light, 20 cold...and im not considering going 110 cold instead of taking light because that idea is just ridiculous.

90 light 20 ice
you dont really get so much more from the light going 80-->90
but still, 1% more mag. damage, max speed, more parry

80light 30 ice
6 more phys. defence
3% higher absorbtion by snow shield.

only the 3% higher ab. would be worth considering, otherwise i'd go 90 light and get a better + on the accessories
