Do not mind, we learn 3 languages here (French English and German) and in higher education 5 languages (French English German Greek and Latin) and on some schools even Chinese. And then there are lessons of all kind of language you want to learn, currently i'm checking Polish.
And that all in a school where the neighboor is a coffeshop.

I never got the whole discussion in America where alot of people are in jail for usage, using drugs is not a problem if you know what you are doing. When friends from abroad come here the first thing they want to do is go to Amsterdam visit the hookers and smoke weed. They think we are doing nothing else here.

I live in Michigan, in Ann Arbor (where the university of michigan is) you can not be charged for having a small amount of pot on you
I'm not sure what they deem "small" I know its at least a couple grams that you can get away with

soz for off topic. You may carry on with strange parallels, ideas and presumptions. I am rather sure the amount of people smoking weed will not go up from legalization. As a matter of fact the Dutch smoke less weed than people in other countries where it's illegal.
