Depends what you prefer. Cleric is better for pvp, and party play. Bard suits soloing more. All depends on play style.

ahh if u like Pvp which isnt rlly for wizards then u should choose cleric as a sub,but... if u like grinding on ur own then u should choose bard, theres not much diff between them cleric jst lives a bit longer than a bard my choise is Bard

wizard/cleric has extra defense, can res so you will have higher chances of getting into a party.
however wizard/bard has speed which replaces speed drugs & horses & it can also grind faster, it also has instant casting nukes which will give your an edge in pvp against wizards without bards, noise is also good
