changing PW?

how do i change my pass? not here but on SRO.

Go to http://www.silkroadonline.net and make sure you are logged out. In the top right corner of the page will be a "Forgot your password?" link. Click it.

On the new screen, enter your ID and Email Address in the bottom fields (the "Change Password" area). Then answer your secret question. You'll get a new page where you can input a new password. (Edit: Just tried it and can confirm it works)

If you've forgotten your secret question/answer, you cannot change your password.

I've tried this several times recently, and just tried it again just now. I fill in my ID and email address in the form and click the change password button, and it takes me to the next page, but the page is completely blank. It never presents me with a secret question or anything.
