I Need More Information On Fire Nukes...

Hey guys...
So I hit level 56, and I got the Flame Wave - Wide skill. It looks awesome, but I immediately saw that the damage output was lower than Flame Wave - Burning.
I know that when it's maxed it's a lot stronger, but what level does it change to about the same damage of FW Burning?
I also want someone to make a proper, focused guide JUST FOR the Fire tree if possible...

IIRC lvl 70 but let me look it up.

/Edit: at 70 it goes to 315% and at 80 it goes to 330%
