If they npc all the above +7, it will be the items that have been made +7 since Legend 5 started. Not every single item on the server =P

Can someone already open up the launcher and start the game? To login to Xian or w/e, because I can't...

To answer your question; Because they had to investigate each single server for "illegal" +30 weapons :)

Guts? There are far more gutsy things one can do besides post a rather useless thread complaining about the length of an MMORPG game server inspection.
