There is a FoD bug, if you die, go to the purtagory, wait until the "revive" button appears then log out and in again and boom, no FoD, enjoy it while it last. They will probably be quick and fix it.

Fear of death, I believe it's a debuff you get whenever you die... and it's quite a pain

Just like Rested XP in WoW. Its extra XP(blue bar) that accumulate,which you can turn in to the Goblin Keeper 4 EXP

Well, my EXP bar is full and wont budge anmore, that mean I have to turn in the fatigue to level?

If the rested EXP is full yea you should turn it in so it can reset and give more fatigue

Rumours say they will, but got no 100% reliable source, but the developers promised the community to remove/change whatever got the most votes on that ingame poll.
