Searching for a game
Like Counter Strike, you know, you have to aim the target etc... but it's online, and instead of playing one team fight another team, you fight the mobs with your team.
Playing Age of Wushu, dota IMBA

This. A lot of fun to play with a friend. Very challenging at times too.

Yes Borderlands is online, but the npc monsters get over-powered if you play on a 4-man party and there's no higher level with you

But I also want a leveling system like MMO, like increase skill, level, stats, etc... so which game?

Definitely Borderlands. I'm playing it with a friend and we're having a blast. It's up to 4 player co-op and basically is Call of Duty, WoW and Diablo combined.

Re: Searching for a game
Borderlands.
Gear sucks though if you don't have a friend. I haven't convinced any online buddies to play the game yet. So I join random servers, I'm level 47 and I use weapons level 25 because melee berzerkers think it's so cool to loot whore every weapon they don't use.
I did manage get a few level 48 orange weapons and a level 60 orange from a nice dude. So that should at least be good once I level one more time.
Also for questing. When you join, you do whatever quests the host does. So if you don't have a consistent buddy, you may end up doing each quest a few dozen times. That's what happened to me. Killed Baron, Sledge, Nine Toes, all the quests so many times...
