I want to nuke

I used to play this game and quit so I was thinking about coming back simple to nuke (low level is fine)

Should I go euro or chinese? I know chinese can nuke at 30 but how fast can one get to 30?

you can get to lvl 30 in about a week if you not planning to be a high lvl.

Play a wiz, they can nuke at lvl 4.
