Garnment complete or not?

Garnment complete or not?

I think I have a complete set of garnment. However still an empty slot remains the the Inventory page, right corner bottom, icon looks like a wheel.
What's that?
Build 1: Goldwynn (current lvl 12 european Wizard) - retired
Build 2: Silverwind (current lvl 50 european Wizard (gap 1) / lvl 40 bard) - active
Build 3: AuraBorealis (current lvl 8 chinese Bicheon Swordmanship) - retired
Build 4: Afer_Ventus (current lvl 4 chinese Heuksal Spearmanship) - retired

thats for jobbing and pvp cape battles. so if you a hunter/thief/trader your suits will appear there. your pvp cape will also appear there. for the most part it will always be empty.
