hit "Q" to bring up your quest log. the charms are for a quest (which i believe is from the girl sitting on top of storage in dong). you can read about the quest if you click the little scroll-looking icon next to the name of the wuest on the "Q" menu.

but..quest items can no longer be stored in your storage. It says you cant "capture" this item. you also cant drop it or trade it. Is it the same for everyone? or is that just me.

the bug that allowed quest items to be stored has indeed been fixed, but actually the toaist quest is a lil special becuz u end up w/ too many quest items than u need in the end so after u turn in the quest items u can npc things. so u can store them... i think that's how it goes ^^

I remember the one time I had the starting quiver of arrows in my inventory and was trying to stall them but it wouldn't work. Thought I had something special until I realized what they really were. They say "Arrows (Basic)".
