Cant view any emblems after a reinstall of SRO

I have two computers and due to the problem i've had after the update, where i cant log in until the proxy helped me. I had to reinstall SRO on both comps, but i did it different on each of them. Comp A only had the first big installation file innstalled, then the online update take care of the rest all the way to latest update and it works fine can view all the guild and union emblems. But on comp B, I applied the offline patch which were found next to the big one on the download section on mainsite, and after updating to the lastest update it wont show me any pictures of the guild emblems all are in white, been playing for several hours now.

You can't see any guild emblems for sometime, due to some error that Joymax made during the 9 hours inspection.

uhm like i said in the post, my other comp can view all emblems just fine... It only had the original installation file then the live update. This one got the original installation file + offline update then the live update, and doesnt work.

No, people can't add any emblems atm. You can still see 'em though.

if i'm not mistaken, the way that the emblems get displayed is that the tiny image files get downloaded onto your PC when you log in. a reinstall may wipe them out, but then as soon as you logged in, they'd re-download. i could be completely wrong about the way they work, but from a programming standpoint it makes a bit of sense.
