There are some sort of Nobel prizes for ridiculous/useless research. I think a year back a doctor won who wanted to know the facts about cracking his fingers, so he cracked every finger on his left (or right) hand every day for the next ~30 years. He compared results with his other hand (which he didn't crack) and I think he concluded there was no difference.

i had a caffeine (and other herbal supplement) induced panic attack once. it sucked. i thought i was gonna most of the day, then something pissed me off, i flew off the handle and i couldnt control myself.

I used to have a very annoying addiction to messing with my hair aswell, I did it so often my dad kept getting mad at me for it...

So yeah I got better but I'm still a goddamn perfectionist about my hair and sometimes I have no time to dry it before going to school so at my first class when my hair is wet I spend the entire class molding it perfectly with my hands, I even annoy myself but I just can't take my hair not being perfect.
