Oh that. That does happen to us as well. Let's say we're leaving a fort to retake flaming hell back sometimes they're waiting there, but what we generally do is don't really plan so everyone can see it. We're pretty much given orders right off the bat so they really can't think about it if they heard of it. Also if you're ranked someone will tell your location to the other race. <-- I've seen this happen just too much.

Well I started an Asmodian Cleric alt character in the Siel server, level 11 at the moment.

Warbone is in need of clerics so if you ever manage to get into the 40s. Last night there was 2 clerics on and my internet shitted on itself. Ended up being a cleric for an alliance.

I kinda wish I rolled ranger again(I did it in closed beta) I love having so much attacks compared to cleric -.- Cleric isn't bad, but meh. I don't feel like getting to 50 again either for a long time lol

I tried other classes before I settled on Cleric, and it just fits my kind of play style. Has decent enough damage and good survivability, so it works.

Believe me I already know how it is, I didn't get my Elyos Cleric up to 47 and learned nothing. Its just on the other side, that's all.

Are there any servers that are sort of equal? On triniel it's obvious that asmos stomp elyos =\

Also, are the level 30 abyss accessories worth it? I can get about 10k AP a day just farming guards, probably more if I try a little harder..I just don't want to waste any AP. The level 40's cost silver medals as well which

no go straight to 50s.
MRes is so broken in this game, any bit of it helps. Plus, the rings are only 150k each, which is right when you turn rank 1.

The neck and earrings are just over 200k I think, but that's still easy.
214k is 1-Star officer, you can get the next 20k ap or so in dredg or fort instances.
I'm currently at 180k, im probably going to hide in safe zones until I get to 230k to get my lv40 Abyss leggings. I'm going for the 40 set right now, the 50 costs too much, plus the 40 set gives more MBoost.

I'm hoping to have full 40 abyss + 50 accesories within the next 3 months.
my DP anuharts will probably be my mboost set, and If they dont fix Mres ill have to get a MAcc set, which will be pathetic. I'll die instantly and will hit like a baby.

The game should have a magic defense not just resist. I'm confused on how magic damage is calculated since we have no actual mag defense.

As a cleric I'm aiming towards the fenris+Max resist+50 jewels I'm set. Then just move towards Anuhart/Abyss gear at the same time.

Magic resist/mag accuracy determine the chance to actually resist the whole spell. Elemental defences affect the damage taken. Basically "magic defence" is divided into elemental defences.

Basically this right here is what really bothers me about Triniel Elyos, and it wasn't just one persons opinion either.

Eventually, after that, The Empyreans finally got pissed off and helped organize a couple warbands and went after Miren; but as usual whenever the Elyos go for an upper-mid fort, the Balaur ALWAYS show up, so we had no chance of taking it but they sure did, and as a result, we lost the PvP buff since the Asmodians lost quite a bit of influence over losing Miren Fort. Whether this sparks some changes in the Elyos and encourages them to get out of that "losing is good" mindstate remains to be seen...

On another note, I did get my Asmodian in the Siel server up to 19, almost 20 over this weekend. .

Hey guys, I'm thinking of playing Aion (North American Version), is it worth playing? Can someone give me a no bs low down on what this game is about, how hard it is to level, whats the amount of capped players, the PvP, etc? Also, I heard bots are a big thing. I thought the GM's could easily take care of such problems..?

having played sro since 2006 and had 2 100 ff characters, one lvl 7 trader the other a lvl 6 hunter and was in a guild that owned both fortresses in babel in October 2009 and played aion since 2nd closed beta, in my opinion aion online like new games has flaws but is still much better than silkroad, that being said i have not experienced endgame yet since i only have a 48 glad and a 44 sm, but the journey has been more enjoyable than the 6-9 month sp farming grind that you have to endure in sro to reach cap. the graphics, the quests, the character customability, the pvpve and the skills give me more satisfaction than sro, of course i am only comparing sro and aion nothing else, at first i thought ncsoft would do nothing but they did end up banning botters and most importantly gold buyers which is something that gaymax wont do. at this point in time the elyos are screwed on marchutan server and many high lvl players have quit the game but why im not getting discouraged so soon, its like when so many high lvl players quit because of the full sos ccfed botted viet players owning everyone.

I've been debating to get Fenris Shield instead of the Fenris Warhammer. Only because I realized there was insta gold warhammer craft and it actually is slightly better, but less HP than fenris Noble Surkana Warhammer.

Sounds like a good idea, right? That shield is the best shield other than the abyss and S Rank and same with the mace. Except the mace costs roughly 8~15mil a try. Depending on the fluxes.

Good idea to go with shield and craft the noble warhammer? I've been thinking.. thinking.. lol.

I would go with the shield.

Edit: Nevermind. Nothing beats PC damage reduction. You will most likely be on the defensive more than the offensive so get the Fenris Warhammer and save up AP for the shield.

We are talking about 300k~600k ap then. Depending on how good of a shield I want. Personally I'd rather get jewels first then work my way with smaller armor then bigger then weapon or shield.

Thing is that shield is one of the best defensive shields like the mace, but the mace has some easier ones to get instead of the shield. There's lannok, dp, crafted, balic craft, menotios.. just that they all don't have the HP like the mace. Shield well.. you got ap or S Rank. Tough tough.. I'm still thinking it through though. Working on my legs now. Ohh boy 125 bloods! Only half way there.

I'm glad the Triniel Elyos are finally making some sort of push back. Now the Abyss is not entirely blue or pink for once...

Just found out that some of the strongest players that were in the strongest legion on Cabal are playing Aion and they are on Triniel. Turns out they have some of the best gear on Aion as well and are in the strongest legion...well, strongest Elyos legion.

Anyway, I'm loving how the Elyos are dominating now -- its like the pendulum swung the complete opposite way. Of course, it won't take long before we start eating our words back at square one again... but maybe that might not come to pass.

A little late for Roah to go vulnerable tonight, and I wasn't there for the whole thing (was in Dark Poeta, trying to get the last Adv. Stigma slot for my Noble Energy I bought a couple days ago), but there was a small push of Asmos that came to Roah, got wiped, and that was it...

That noble spirit is crazy. It does around 1800 if you don't stack MB, but I don't think your stats matter with it. It does more dps that you can actually do =[

I'll just wait a few more months for the 6 month wings rather than buy the $35 dollar one. If I ever get a 2nd account, however, I'll get the magazine subscription one -- and if I ever did that, I'd make an Asmodian on Triniel with that account.

Till then though, I'm fine with my Elyos having level 50 wings.
