puberty and itchy back
Ok has any guy here experienced an itchy lower back while going through puberty? My lower back is insanely itchy and its agonizing. I know that back acne is common during puberty, what about an itchy back?
There really isn't a rash and there aren't any bumps but the itchy skin is a lot more rough than my normal skin. thoughts?
thank you

But seriously, just take a cold shower/etc. If it gets bad, see a doctor. AFAIK, ive never had a itchy back, only itchy places are, ya know...

I think crim had white spots as well.
I don't think this is related with going through puberty. Might just be an allergic reaction or some other skin condition.
If it persists, visit a doctor.

Ask your mom for gods sake, thats the best thing to do. You go asking some people from the other side of the world about your back itching, before going to your mother?

Re: puberty and itchy back
lol you guys are helpful..
I already asked my mom and she said to stop worrying about it cause it will go away soon. But seriously I'm already 18 and it seems like my puberty is just starting to get on a roll. My armpit hare is like a friggin forest when I checked last night and I'm starting to grow hair on my chin and under my nose.
I have enlightened myself..

You've probably got dry skin, and don't have a cold shower, because to much water will dry your skin, hot or cold. Get a good moisturising cream, or something that dermalogically tested, like E45 cream.

I've never used lotion on purpose unless some girl grabs my hands and rubs some of the lotion off if she gets to much. but they usually say i have soft hands, hair, arms, face.

Re: puberty and itchy back
^lol at above convo about squirt
alright I'lll some lotion on it, or maybe anti-itch cream. And I do have a problem with dry skin in the winter so maybe that has to do with it too.
