Sro blocked every ip starst with 200.
go to: http://www.myip.nl/

and than IP Address: ............ <--- what stands there if it starts with 200. get a proxy and if it doesn't start with 200 get a new provider

but it also could be your provider and don't spam.

Again, the 200/euro ip thing is a problem with your provider not being able to understand the DNS, their servers aren't as flexible.
People in the us and other countires can get in either.

my ip starts with 84 and i have @home so it is my provider!!!!!!!!! i hate it i called to them and they sed to me sorry whe cant do anything about it its silkroad that is cousing the problem????....
