Serious question about IP

Hello,

I can't get on the site http://www.silkroadonline.net
but when I try with: http://www.surfatschool.com and than go to silkroadonline.net than I can get on the site.

Is my IP blocked than or is it just my provider?

EDIT: and if I try log on on the site I get a white page with only: ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

mmh.. maybe it is wrong... :!:

I have got the same problem but that is because I live in the Netherlands and have @home...
so the provider in my case... :twisted:

I know, but I was confused cuz with proxy I can get on site and proxy changes IP Adres and all IP's starts with 200 where blocked and my IP doesn't start with 200, so...
